The ongoing accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Current features include a skip-to-content link, keyboard focus indicators, labeled form fields and feedback, reduced-motion support, and a table alternative for the site-activity chart.

This is a working accessibility statement, not a claim that every page or document meets every criterion. A complete independent audit has not been completed. Downloaded PDFs, assistive-technology combinations, and linked third-party services still need separate review.

If something gets in your way, send an accessibility request. Include the page, what you were trying to do, and the problem you encountered. Your browser or assistive technology is helpful context, but you do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

Optional usage measurement

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site use. The site’s own activity counts use a random browser-tab identifier that resets after 30 minutes of inactivity. Both follow the analytics choice above.

Your privacy choice

A local browser setting remembers when you turn analytics off. It stays until you change it or clear site storage. It is not used as an advertising identifier.

Chat you choose to use

A secure cookie protects access to your saved AI conversation for up to seven days. It serves the chat feature and is separate from optional analytics. Use Clear chat in the chat window to delete that stored conversation.

Hosting providers also process requests and security information to operate the site. External services such as Stripe and Substack have their own practices once you follow their links. The privacy notice explains providers, information collected, and retention in more detail.

Starting with the United States

U.S. privacy duties vary with the law, business, and use of information. A cookie pop-up by itself does not establish compliance. California’s privacy guidance explains rights including opting out of sale or sharing for advertising. Oregon’s privacy guidance explains opt-out signals for covered organizations.

This site uses its browser analytics for usage measurement, with Google signals and advertising personalization disabled in the site configuration. You can turn optional measurement off above. The U.S. Department of Justice’s accessibility guidance also informs the accessibility work described here.

To request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information you submitted, or review of a privacy decision, use the contact form and select General inquiry, or use the text option above. Describe the request without sending sensitive identity documents. Verification may be needed for records about you. Legal rights, exceptions, and response requirements depend on the applicable law; these notices do not limit those rights.

This is the first stage of an ongoing review, not a certification of compliance with every U.S. law. Business-specific requirements, provider settings and agreements, and accessibility testing remain part of that work. International requirements will need a separate review as the site’s audience and services develop.
