I’m a data scientist and philosopher with more than eight years of experience in enterprise conversational AI.
My work has spanned analytics, conversational design, and customer experience across Nuance, Microsoft, and HCLTech. I care about what technology does, how we know it works, and what it changes for the people using it.
Outside that work, I write, play games, make connections across disciplines, and ask inconvenient questions. This is where those interests live together.
